Registration

If you are planning to attend the conference as a standard delegate, then the registration deadline is January 31, 2012 and the standard registration fee is $375/delegate. However, we have a lower fee for early registration ($325/delegate before December 15, 2011).  If space is available, we will allow delegates to register right up until the start of the conference, but the “walk in” registration fee is $425/delegate).

Please note that registration must be complete before your abstract submission can be considered.

In order to access the online registration form, follow the steps below:
 
1.)   Follow this link to the Granlibakken website: Registration

2.)   Click the green button, "Reservations" in the upper right hand corner.

3.)   Choose "Conference Participant"

4.)   Enter “INTHYB” for both the group number and password, then click “Log in”

5.)   Click on “Reservation Form” (Please disregard other buttons)
